Model FSW-7DLZ-008 FSW Machine, as one of the only two large FSW machines for curve weld in space in the world, is specially developed for parabola weld in curved surface with diameter 0-4000mm, like in cambered cover of cylinder, which adopts Siemens 840D advanced NC system and constant-pressure fluid servotab as well as Key-hole releasing technology. Aiming at the special target products, systematic control by 8 axes, gang control by 3 axes and real-time fluid compensate servo control work together for the fitting track of parabola path for the FSW joining.
