Model FSW-6WH-020 FSW Machine is mainly for longitudinal weld in Aluminium Alloy flat plates with thickness 2-20mm and in cylinders with diameter 800-1500mm, length 0-1500mm, and it can be used for circumferential welding in cylinder with diameter 800-1500mm, length 400-1200mm while installing corresponding fixtures. Siemens NC system is adopted for the following adjustment of Z-axis during welding process through checking the spindle torque. And key-hole is released by Retractable Tool Pin device.
